The LVWITHVAL-RADIO, LLC spirit all began with a woman named Valerie Carter. The Love & Victory Show with Val, LLC podcast began as a way to promote her non-profit L&V Enterprise Resources, Inc. Shortly afterwards, she was presented with an opportunity to take her show to the radio! Reaching thousands of people every month, Val continues to host The Love & Victory Show with Val, LLC with her husband and co-host Brother Carter.

Val
Queen of the station, Val is a force to be reckoned with! Her authenticity and ability to communicate with others allows her to get to the heart of every conversation. As host of The Love & Victory Show with Val, LLC, Val shares her wisdom and insight on all of life's facets! As a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and business owner, Val shares her perspective on a variety of topics. She tackles all of life's burdens and challenges with her husband, Brother Carter, one conversation at a time!
Brother Carter
No one does honesty like Brother Carter. From his sense of humor to his tactful honesty, Brother Carter doesn't hesitate to speak what is on his mind. As co-host of The Love & Victory Show with Val, LLC, Brother Carter provides a sincere and thoughtful perspective on life and what it means to live in love and victory. Speaking candidly alongside his wife Val of over 45 years, Brother Carter is ready to take the world by storm!
Kelci Brown
Kelci started her time at The Love & Victory Show with Val as an intern when she was in college. In the beginning phases of the show, Kelci led with great care. In her efforts to keep the show running with excellence, Kelci made the incredibly difficult decision to step back from the radio show to focus on completing her education. Two years later, she now sits as the Senior Executive Coordinator at The Love & Victory Show with Val. Having earned her B.A. in Mass Communications and minor in Theatre from Prairie View A&M University, Kelci shares her vision and expertise with the team every day! When she isn't working, Kelci enjoys the art of storytelling through script-writing, watching movies, and acting. We're glad to have her back and look forward to what is to come!
Abigail Rivera
Abigail is the Executive Coordinator for LVWITHVAL-Radio and The Love & Victory Show with Val and has been on the team since September of 2022! She has played an integral role in starting the station in early 2023. She loves all things media and music and enjoys putting everything together to bring the listeners the best up and coming radio station. She is incredibly outgoing, and while her job is mostly behind the scenes, you will often hear her chiming in during the shows! When she is not working here at the station, you can catch her singing and dancing with the Houston Show Choir, roller skating, or thrift shopping.
Erin Cravens
Erin is the Executive Administrative Coordinator at LVWITHVAL-RADIO, LLC and The Love & Victory Show with Val, LLC. She has been a member of the team since July of 2022 and has greatly supported the LVWITHVAL team with their back-end operations. Erin loves spending time with her friends and family while having deep and meaningful discussions on anything and everything! In her downtime, Erin spends her time studying at coffee shops, traveling to visit her friends, and volunteering in different areas at her church.
Dymond Carter
Dymond is the Social Media Specialist at The Love & Victory Show with Val. As a day one Carter Crew supporter, Dymond worked behind the scenes in the early days of The Love & Victory Show With Val. After graduating high school with her high school diploma and her associate's degree in construction technology, Dymond worked behind the scenes in the early days to help bring the team's vision to life. Though she did leave for a time, since her return in October of 2024, Dymond has continued to to be a team player and champion everyone's efforts in making this show a success. Outside of work, Dymond is passionate about creating art. From designing clothes to painting on canvases, she loves the creative process. Don't forget her love of food! Dymond is always ready to try something new.
